This weekly Thursday night class begins with an hour of the ancient YiJinJing Qi Gong sequence, created by the legendary Da Mo (Bodhidharma), the father of Qi Gong and Kung Fu. After a short break to share authentic Chinese tea and discuss our Qi Gong experiences, we begin our Tai Chi practice. Here we learn the Sanfeng 28 Form, which is an abridged version of the original Tai Chi sequence.
