Retreat @ The Yorke Trust, 2018
Join us this summer for a tranquil weekend of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, delicious home-cooked food, authentic Chinese Tea Ceremonies and plenty of relaxation. This retreat is perfect for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike, as you'll have the opportunity to refine existing skills while learning new techniques and tools to help develop your quality of mind, exercise your body and simply have space and time to relax. There'll be plenty of Tai Chi and Qi Gong but we'll also be exploring the world of Tea with two very special evening Tea Ceremonies, taking us on a journey of discovering the delicious benefits of authentic, loose-leaf tea from China, Japan and Taiwan.
